Refund Policy

At MeritoBD, we strive to deliver the highest quality coaching experience to our students. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. General Refund Terms

• All course fees paid are non-refundable once classes have started.
• Refund requests made before the start of the course may be considered, subject to an administrative charge (usually 10–15% of the total fee).
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment or transaction errors.
• Cancellation before course start date (written request required at least 3 days prior).
• Ineligibility for the course due to academic prerequisites (must be proven with valid documents).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• If a student withdraws after attending one or more classes.
• If access has been granted to digital materials, including recorded lectures, notes, or mock tests.
• In case of disciplinary removal from any course due to misconduct.
• If the student is unable to attend due to personal reasons, including travel, health, or change of schedule.

4. Batch Change or Course Switch

• Instead of a refund, students may request a batch transfer or course switch (subject to availability).
• MeritoBD reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.

5. Processing Time

• Approved refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to be processed.
• The student will be notified via email or phone upon completion of the refund process.
